Meatless Monday: Grilled vegetable paella from Cafe Sevilla
What is it? Grilled vegetable paella
Where is it from? Cafe Sevilla
What’s in it? Seasoned asparagus, bell peppers, eggplant and other seasonal vegetables
How much will it cost me? $21
Why we love it? Traditional paella is a classic, grilled rice dish that originates from Spain. This dish is excellent because it includes all of the flavors of paella, sans the seafood. The vegetables are grilled perfectly, slightly spicy and varied in texture. The portion size is large enough to share, although we bet you won’t want to.
