AUGUST 19 & 20 | STONE 20TH ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION VIP BREWERS RECEPTION & INVITATIONAL BEER FESTIVAL

Stone Brewing is turning the big two-oh and, in doing so, is taking what’s already the county’s largest annual brew-haha to unprecedented heights. Friday Night’s VIP reception will feature an assortment of rare ales and lagers plus the chance to mingle with the brewers who forged them, while Saturday will offer two sessions of liquid enjoyment featuring more than 100 beers from 60-plus breweries, plus live music, a cigar lounge and more. It’s two decades of brewing ingenuity celebrated in proper style.

AUGUST 27 | TREASURE CHEST FEST

For six straight years, Green Flash Brewing has waged war on breast cancer via this beer-and-food festival benefiting the Susan G. Komen Foundation. This time around, it’ll feature a Hawaiian luau theme as well as Treasure Chest IPA, an India pale ale brewed with grapefruit, prickly pear juice and hibiscus flowers for a celebratory touch of pink.
