Holy Matcha serves up dairy-free pumpkin flavored sweets and treats
Holy Matcha is a cafe dedicated to food and drinks made from matcha and this fall season, the cafe has introduced two new items to the menu: Pumpkin Spice Charcoal Soft Serve and a Spiced Pumpkin Matcha Latte.
Founder Geraldine Ridaura debuted Holy Matcha’s soft serve in July and the dairy-free, coconut milk based item has been popular since. Flavors include matcha, coconut and the new activated charcoal coconut.
Also new to the seasonal menu are the vegan and gluten-free vanilla matcha waffles, as well as the Spiced Pumpkin Matcha Latte. The latte is a variation of the original matcha latte mixed with pumpkin spice syrup and almond milk.
Matcha is a powdered form of traditional green tea and contains 100 times the antioxidants of a regular brew.
