Do Me a Flavor
PLUNDER IPA
Nine hops combine to lend tropical and stone fruit flavors of mango and peach, plus a touch of caramel sweetness and a note of toasted biscuit in the finish of this India pale ale, which recently debuted in tandem with a two-story annex to Mission Brewery’s facility in the historic former Wonder Bread factory building. Choose from a dozen taps downstairs or rent out the skylight-equipped second-story to enjoy floor-to-ceiling views of nearby Petco Park.

CHOCO NUT LUST
The dessert-like chocolate and hazelnut nature of this beer could make one go cuckoo, but it’ll make most simply go “yum.” This flavored English-style porter is one of three beers comprising Duck Foot Brewing Company’s first run of bottled beers. The other two are a “California” blonde and an India pale ale. They’re not only tasty, but (like all of this brewery’s beers) also gluten-free. So, no harm, no fowl.
