Quench your thirst at inaugural CRG Cocktail Month
As the sun begins to shine a little brighter, it’s time to pack away the sweaters and prepare for warmer nights of entertainment, friendship and tasty food and drinks. To kick off the beginning of spring, the Cohn Restaurant Group is hosting its first annual Cocktail Month. During April, several restaurants and bars throughout the city will host a series of promotions and events to prepare for the coming summer months. So, dust off your summer clothes and grab a friend, because during April, you may be “gone with the gin.”
4.2: 5 Days, 5 Cocktails, $5
From April 2 to 6, guests can enjoy select $5 cocktails at the following restaurants: 333 Pacific, Blue Point, Indigo Grill, The Prado, Coasterra, Corvette Diner, BO-beau La Mesa, Bo-beau Ocean Beach, Gaslamp Strip Club, Island Prime & C Level, The Melting Pot, Draft, Republic, SEA180 and Vintana.
4.8: Local Libations Class + Tasting
After learning “Distilling 101" from Maurice DiMarino, the Cohn Restaurant Group’s beverage director, guests can enjoy tastings of several unique cocktails while enjoying live music and appetizers on SEA180’s ocean view patio.
The informational distilling class begins at 1 p.m., with a tasting to follow from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. The tasting is $25 per person, while the class plus the tasting is $40.

4.17-19: Tax Day Cocktails
In honor of tax refunds, the following restaurants will offer two select cocktails for $10.40: 333 Pacific, Blue Point, Indigo Grill, The Prado, Coasterra, Corvette Diner, BO-beau La Mesa, Bo-beau Ocean Beach, Gaslamp Strip Club, Island Prime & C Level, The Melting Pot, Draft, Republic, SEA180 and Vintana.
4.20: Tequila Fest
During an evening on Coasterra’s Harbor Float, guests can sample an array of mezcals and tequilas while tasting different bites from Cohn Restaurant Group eateries, including C Level’s Lobster Mac n’Cheese and Indigo Grill’'s Pepita & Sesame Crusted Brie.
The event is from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Tickets are $59.95 a person and include five food tickets, one signature cocktail ticket and unlimited tasting of agave spirits.

4.27: Maker’s Mark Bartender Battle
Aspiring to create the best bourbon cocktail, bartenders from around the city will compete from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Guests can taste a variety of bourbons in the tasting room while enjoying hors d’oeuvres.
Tickers are $15 per person.

Additional events during the month will include C Level’s Beam Suntory Whiskey Dinner, 333 Pacific’s Absolut Vodka Dinner, Bo-beau La Mesa’s Spirits Dinner, Indigo Grill’s Los Javis Mezcal Dinner and Vintana’s Brunch En Blanc with Green Bar Spirits.
