An’s Dry Cleaning has collaborated with Paru Tea Bar to create a new menu of tea-forward, small-batch creations available for a limited time this fall.
The flavors will include Blue Chamomile Cream with notes of lavender, rose petals and organic butterfly pea flower grown in Thailand and a nutty Genmaicha and Mango vegan sorbet served on a bed of coconut sticky rice.
The two shops have also crafted their take on the Italian coffee dessert affogato — Affoga-Tea, a scoop of gelato with a hot tea pour-over. Think a scoop of pear-flavored sorbet accompanied by a jasmine tea float.
