On the fourth floor of Hotel Palomar, guests typically find a place to sprawl out and soak up some sun at SummerSalt, the rooftop pool and lounge.
On Sunday, May 17, however, a juicy surprise will join the fun.
Saltbox Chef de Cuisine Jeremiah Bryant will cook a whole roasted pig, served with Saltbox’s signature barbeque sauces. The main meaty course will be dished out with sides like locally grown vegetables, braised greens with house made bacon, heirloom beans, corn bread with honey butter and moe.
Henebery Whiskey will shake up some cocktails while Neighbors to the North provide live entertainment around the pool.
