Carnitas’ Snack Shack is hosting its second annual 4th of July Neighborhood Cookout. The block party includes grilled meats like burgers and hot dogs, a tap takeover from a local brewery, signature cocktails, corn hole toss, back-to-back live music performances and a front row view of the Big Bay Boom fireworks extravaganza. Coronado Island Marriott Resort & Spa will celebrate the Fourth of July with an intimate all-American BBQ dinner and fireworks show. Harbor Float at Coasterra guests will enjoy a celebration on the bay with unlimited access to food stations, including a taco bar with carne asada, carnitas and local swordfish; a raw bar with oysters, clams, mussels, Mexican white shrimp, Tijuana-style ceviche; and house-made salsas and guacamole.
