Indulge in a stellar three-course meal with unique beer pairings at The Patio on Lamont’s Beer Beautiful event on Tuesday, Feb. 23.
The specially crafted dinner will bring together Chef de Cuisine Giovanni Gadiano of The Patio on Lamont and Executive Chef Craig Jimenez for a three-course meal including an amuse-bouche and dessert. The menu items will be paired perfectly to select brews from Coedo Brewery.
The first course will offer a corned beef tongue rillette, onsen egg, charred pearl onions, puffed rice and scallions paired with the Ruri, a pilsner.
Second course will offer a salt baked pink grouper, Tokyo scallions, sweet potato gyoza, tamarind swordfish marrow broth and bokchoy paired with Beniaka, a sweet potato amber ale.
The third course will pair Shikkoku, a black lager, with roasted pork belly lechon, aerated foie gras, blood gravy, spinach archarra and mongo bean.
