Saint Archer brings its brew to Leucadia
Saint Archer Brewing Co. is planning a new tasting room in Leucadia, scheduled to open in mid-May. The coastal beach community in Encinitas is suitable for the brewery given its close ties with surf culture and local extreme athletes.
The 1,000 square foot tasting room will have 30 taps with Saint Archer staples like Blonde Ale, White Ale, Pale Ale, Mosaic IPA, Mexican Lager, Citra Session IPA, Coco Stout and more, including specialty brews exclusive to Saint Archer. The brews are available on tap and can be purchased to take home in cans, bombers and growlers.
Artwork from local artists and Saint Archer brand ambassadors will adorn the juxtaposed wood and concrete design of the tasting room. The Leucadia location will host art shows and screenings and will partner with non-profits organizations such as SurfAid and Pink Boots Society.
Planned hours of operation are Monday through Sunday, from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m.
