Convoy takes flight with beer crawl

A flight is headed to Convoy. It may not have wings, but it will be tasty.

On Saturday, Aug. 12, Convoy Flight will celebrate Pizza Port Brewing Company with a beer crawl throughout Kearny Mesa. Beginning at 3 p.m., attendees can travel between four breweries to sample a collection of craft brews.

For this edition of Convoy Flight, Common Theory Public House, O’Briens Pub, Shanghai Saloon and Soho Gastropub will be opening their doors to pub crawlers, and each location will have a select lineup of beers to sample:

Participation for the beer crawl is free, and attendees can win free swag by using #ConvoyFlight. During the crawl, all regular beers will be $2 per taster flight while specialty beers will range from $3 to $5.
