One tequila, two tequila, three tequila, more! Tequila aficionados look no further; The Patio on Goldfinch is hosting the latest installment of its Tequila Dinner Series on Tuesday, Dec. 1.
The six-course dinner will feature an array of gourmet food and dessert, all to be paired with exceptional selections of mezcal and sotol. The tasters will come from El Jolgorio Mezcal, Nuestra Soledad Mezcal and Per Siempre Sotol.
Some of the plated dinner options include grilled duck breast with French lentils and mescal sauce, roasted quail with pechuga, pineapple and prunes and a stingray cake with saint leaf and mussel sauce.
Local chefs John Medall and “Team Goldfinch” will be cooking up the delightful meal alongside acclaimed Baja chefs Miguel Angel Guerrero and Martin San Roman.
The event will begin with a cocktail reception at 5:30 p.m. followed by dinner at 6 p.m. Tickets are $100 and can be purchased at brownpapertickets.com
