Mexico in a Bottle makes a toast to mezcal
Curious to try mezcal? Mexico in a Bottle will host a 21+ event on Sunday that will highlight Mexico’s history and culture through food and drinks.
The main attraction is the grand selection of liquor, with more than 100 different mezcals and agave spirits.
The event will feature food from local restaurants, cocktails from local bartenders, personalities from the mezcal world and opportunities to shop in the tiendita. Mexican craft beer and wine will be available if a break from the mezcal madness is needed.
Bread & Salt, an art gallery in Barrio Logan, will play host for the event, which goes from 3:30-7 p.m.
Mexico in a Bottle will be working with Let’s Go Clandestino to offer an exclusive pre-event package, which includes roundtrip transportation to Tijuana the day before the event, where guests can experience a behind-the-scenes tour of Tijuana’s food and wine culture.
