Picnic Basket by Banker’s Hill Bar + Restaurant
Serving size: 1 cocktail
2 - 1 inch cubes of watermelon (muddled)
2 oz. London Dry gin
3/4 oz. Lemon juice
1/2 oz. Simple syrup
Pinch of salt
Mix or make in batches. Serve with patriotic straw (available at 99 Cents Only Stores or Michaels), and garnish with a watermelon wedge and blueberries.
