Matzoball hosts San Diego club crawl
December 24 is widely recognized as Christmas Eve, but it doubles as a very special party called Matzoball. Matzoball parties are a chance for Jewish singles to get together, go out and mingle at one of the many events taking place across the country.
Matzoball originated when Andy Rudnick was bartending at a local bar near Boston University. He realized that Jewish singles needed a place to go on Christmas Eve to unwind and have a good time. What started at Boston University as a pre-Christmas get-together has now become a nationwide party.
The fascinating part about the Matzoball night is that over time, it has become much more than a party. The evening serves as a match-making type of event as well as a popular networking opportunity for young Jewish folks in various areas of the U.S.
The San Diego Matzoball sector will be hosting a club crawl on Dec. 24 at a few local hot-spots. The party will begin at Don Chido where attendees can celebrate the evening by mingling and enjoying some drinks. The club crawl will continue on to other locations in the Gaslamp as follows:
Don Chido: 9 to 10:30 p.m.
F6ix: 10:30 to 11:30 p.m.
Side Bar: 11:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m.
Fluxx: 12:30 to 2 a.m.
Tickets are $30 and can be purchased at ticketleap.com
