Chris Brown show draws local police
Downtown police were placed on high alert at Chris Brown’s San Diego show after five fans were injured in a shooting at his concert in Northern California.
In the early hours of Sunday, Jan. 11, the controversial R&B star escaped injury after a gunman opened fire at the Fiesta nightclub in San Jose.
Booked to make an appearance at San Diego’s Parq nightclub hours later, local authorities were placed on high alert.
Several police cars were spotted close to the venue, and the event reportedly went ahead without incident.
