Why we love it? It seems to be an unfortunately common thing at most meat-friendly restaurants, the notion that vegetarian burgers can be thrown together, made too dry and given much less effort than a meat patty. We love JRDN’s mushroom and black bean burger because it’s full of flavor, thick and doesn’t skimp out on fresh ingredients. It’s made to be a filling, finished creation that is not dry like some veggie patties can be (thanks in part to the delicious aioli dressing.) The brioche bun and butter lettuce compliment the bean-based patty well, allowing the veggie-friendly burger to still have that classic, yummy taste. Order your burger with organic greens (pictured) or opt for coleslaw, fries or a side of fruit.
