Fit Friday: Tricep kickback

Step one: Stand with your right leg in front of your left, slightly bent. In your right hand, hold a dumbell at your hip with your arm tight to your body, bent slightly.

Summer is just a month away, which also means it’s about to be tank top season. Yep, no more hiding those fabulously toned arms. If you’re not quite prepared to show the guns off just yet, try this exercise for getting rid of that second-arm that we don’t want to appear as we wave “hello” to summertime.

We challenge you to complete three rounds of 15 tricep kickbacks per arm.
