Editor-in-Chief and Digital Director
Nina is a bilingual, San Diego native who was raised along the border in both Chula Vista and Tijuana. She began her career at the Union-Tribune, worked as an arts producer at KPBS and joined PACIFIC in 2019. She’s married to a fellow journalist, and is a ballet and theater mom to two daughters.
Jennifer is a native San Diegan and graduate of Cal State San Marcos. She worked as the letters editor at the former North County Times until 2012, before branching out into the marketing world. She has been at PACIFIC since 2015 and loves that it enables her to merge her loves of San Diego, pop culture and puns.
Sara has always been two things: a writer and a San Diegan. After growing up in East County, she graduated from University of San Diego with a Communication Studies degree. Since then, she has contributed to various digital and print publications, including ENTITY Magazine, San Diego Uptown News and San Diego Downtown News. When she’s not writing, you can find her thrift shopping, attending concerts, or growing her extensive plant and vinyl record collections.
Katie graduated from the University of Wisconsin in 2008 before moving out to San Diego. She started working for the San Diego Union-Tribune in 2011 and has held multiple positions there, including Online Sales Consultant, Multi-Media Advertising Executive and now PACIFIC/Entertainment Sales Manager. Her favorite things to do are spend time with her two small children, drink a glass (or two) of wine with friends and watch crappy reality TV.
Pamela joined the PACIFIC team in December 2018 and oversees the magazine’s advertising, manages key account campaigns and coordinates field activities, including the PACIFIC Street Team. She is a proud Magna cum laude graduate from San Diego State University with a degree in Communication. She is a San Diego native, dog mom and sarcasm connoisseur.
