    Carmel Valley Library hosts a free multimedia exhibit “Artful Creations” by Coastal Artists from Oct 15-Dec 1.     Support, Promote and Celebrate Art and Culture in Southern California!
    The “Recycled Materials Runway Event” will take place Sat. October 27th, 2012. “Edgy Eco-decadent” and eco-smart designers from across the state will gather in Escondido to preview their socially relevant arte-couture and prêt-a-porter designs. All garments and accessories are constructed, assembled and embellished using conventional and non-conventional elements including thrifted, reconditioned and trashed materials. Just about anything that could end up in our local landfills. Reservations can be made on-line at or come in the Gallery.
