“You ever hear other people having sex? You ever hear that? That’s uncomfortable. I stay in a lot of hotel rooms. I walk down the hall at 2 or 3 in the morning, and you hear it. And you know it when you hear it. Somebody didn’t stub their toe 38 times in a row in under 2 minutes. Someone is banging. And it ain’t you.” — Steve Byrne on Happy Hour

II EP in December. — Scott McDonald

The sea is eternal, but beer bars floating over the sea? That’s a newer development. Fathom Bistro Bait & Tackle, for instance, is celebrating its fifth anniversary. While Fetty Wap (aka Willie Maxwell II) dropped three mixtapes in 2016, and a pair of EPs last year, there’s still no sign of King Zoo, the long talked about follow-up album to the Trap Queen rapper’s 2015 smash self-titled debut.
