BiCE Ristorante will serve an elegant four-course menu, starting with a complimentary glass of bubbly for mom. The menu includes burrata with sauteed escarole (endive), black olives and Spanish anchovies; crab and asparagus soup and pan-seared salmon with roasted pea puree risotto; double-cut lamb loin with roasted nectarine; and strawberry panna cotta for dessert.
