Firehouse American Eatery + Lounge celebrates 10 years

It may not look as it did when it first opened - especially after a major makeover in 2015 - but the original heart and soul of Firehouse American Eatery + Lounge remains as the Pacific Beach mainstay celebrates its 10th anniversary.

Adjacent to working San Diego Fire Station 21, Firehouse brings upscale, yet casual, heat to the heart of the beach community. The $1 million revamp two years ago created inviting indoor/outdoor spaces that offer up spaces that accommodate both the dining and drinking crowds. Plus, the rooftop patio area boasts views of the beach, while providing a cozy space to snuggle up to the custom fire feature or in one of the cabana spaces.

Help celebrate the 10th anniversary at a party on Wednesday. Guests are invited to share their favorite memories and sign yearbooks, all while enjoying a VIP hosted bar and appetizers. Local jewelry company Child of Wild will host a glitter bar area for guests to shimmer under a disco ball. And to top of the night's entertainment, actors from the Grand Artique will be in attendance.

The event runs from 6-11 p.m. with hosted items from 6-7:30 p.m. Guests must RSVP to kelley@sdcm.com. Check out the Firehouse Facebook page for more information.
